There are four sponsorship levels:

Platinum $5000: Have an exhibition booth, Sponsor the Banquet and free registration to the conference.

Gold $2500: Have an exhibition booth and free registration to the conference.

Silver $1000: Conference lanyards with name printed on them to be given to the attendees (One silver sponsorship will be considered).

Bronze $500: Name printed on conference gift given to attendees (along with the names of the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors).

All Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors will be acknowledged in both the proceedings and the abstract booklets as well as being displayed on posters at the conference.

Papers are solicited on a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to, the following:

2. Transport Devices
3. Photonic Devices
4. Semiconductor Physics
5. Spintronics
6. Charaacterization, nanoprobe and nanomechanics
7. GaN and related materials
8. Oxide Semiconductors
9. SiGe and related semiconductors
10. Organic semiconductors and other soft materials

Three prestigious awards are given at ISCS:

* The Welker award

* The Quantum Device award

* The Young Scientist award
