Mishra/York HFM Lab, ESB 2313

The HFM Lab, under Professors Umesh Mishra and Robert York provide facilities for on-wafer characterization of electronic devices and circuits, as well as electronic material characterization. The lab is managed by Dr. Christopher Clymore and Dr. Matt Guidry. Rates are listed on the ECE Dept. webpage.

Obtaining access

• Please reach out to Christopher and Matt via email to obtain a copy of the lab agreement via Docusign
• After completing the lab agreement, reach out to the ECE shop via email or in person in HFM for the key access form
